I'm back from vacation, so............MOAR UPDATES!

Last post before I go away, I leave first thing in the morning. I wanted to get more done today, but pre-trip errands and arrangements kept coming up, so I couldn't. It's a little less than half way done I'd say.

Quick update before bed. I'm optimistic about finishing this tomorrow, which means I probably won't.

Just finished the floor. Probably will be the most detailed part about this. Well, at least the most detailed when it comes to actually coloring it.

Quick update before I head out the door, I decided to do the scene at night, and nailed down the final color scheme. I'm going to start coloring tomorrow morning and be at it all day. I'm off to enjoy the rest of the nice day. :D

Here's a commission I'm working on now. The buyer purchased the original art from me and commissioned me to color it as well. I finished flatting it the other night, then started cleaning up an area with the pencils that I had a problem with....and I got a little carried away and cleaned up the whole image. Took like 7-8 hours for just that. I'm an idiot. It'll look better when it's finished though. I'm gonna start coloring it now, but I won't get much done because I have somewhere to be at 5PM. Tomorrow and Tuesday I have all day though, so I should be able to tackle it by then. Piece is penciled by Jose Luis.

Geez! It's been almost a month already. I've been helping out a friend at his job for the last two months, so it's been like a second job for me. I'm back on my regular schedule now, so I should be posting more (when I get back from vacation, I leave Wednesday).
