MOAR!!!

This has gotta be the fastest I've worked on a sequential page yet!  1 more panel.  Schedule's pretty full tomorrow, so probably Wednesday.

Finished up this commission yesterday (not sure who did the lines, the client said the artist goes by AvatarArt, but i'm pretty sure that's not what the signature says), and I started on another Sara Pichelli page (#4) from the Dazzler Manifest Destiny solo issue.

I'm back!

So, like 2 days after my last post, my tablet died.  More specifically, the pen somehow got de-magnetized, so it didn't work anymore.  Fortunately, it was still covered under warranty, so I didn't have to pay anything to get it fixed, but I did have to wait 3 weeks to get it back.  But I'm back up and running now, and it's working fantastically!  Here's the 3rd page in this series.  Next on my plate is a commission which the client has been very patiently waiting for.  I'll be getting started on that tomorrow.

Quick speed paint I did based off a sketch by Rodolphe Guenoden.  I wasn't going for a polished look at all, just trying to see how fast I could assemble something coherent, without actually incorporating the line art.  Took a little less than an hour and a half from start to finish.

Quick piece, meant to be a warm up, family and holiday prep distractions made this an all day thing though, and I didn't get what I meant to done.  Lines by Rodolphe Guenoden.

Made some changes to this one, I think the flashbacks have a bit more focus now, and pop a little more.  Lines by Sara Pichelli.

Sequential/Canary

Just finished up this page tonight.  Pretty quick turn around on this page too (for me), I THINK it only took about 10 hours or so.  Getting faster, but still not quite there yet.  At least i'm managing to stay consistent with my quality now.  Lines by the lovely and talented Sara Pichelli.

Finished up this Black Canary over the weekend.  I inked and colored a blueline print of the original pencils by MC Wyman.  The scan picked up a little more detail than you can actually notice in person, the colors are blended a bit smoother on the actual piece.  I'll be selling the original and my colored version together at some point.

Have A Drink On Me...

Done.  I'm really proud of this one.  Lines by Nick Bradshaw.
